Problems With a Previously Placed Order I have put together a short list of semi-common problems that our customers have run into and a solution for each. A: If you're wondering this, something went wrong - After you pay, you are supposed to be sent directly to a download page by our payment processor. However, sometimes this doesn't happen for one reason or another and therefore we have implemented a backup plan which sends you an e-mail with download instructions as well. Therefore, check your spam folder if you did not receive such an e-mail. If you are unable to locate that e-mail please contact our help desk at the link above. Q: I tried to open the files, but some of them said they are 'corrupted'. Help! A: This is actually a problem with two pieces of software, not the files, Acrobat Reader itself (especially on Windows XP machines) and sometimes, Anti-Virus software. Two solutions to try in this order: First, download Adobe Reader 6.0 from www.oldversion.com if that doesn't work, try re-downloading with your anti-virus software disabled. Finally, contact us if you are still having problems and we will help you get up and running. |
