User Agreement
USER AGREEMENT
The following describes the terms on which Ultimate Resource Guides (a brand of Mad Science Industries, Inc.), and its agents (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) offer you access to our goods and services.
This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain www.ultimateresourceguides.com, if you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our services.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective seven (7) days after they are initially posted on the Site. This Agreement is effective upon acceptance at time of purchase or registration for membership, and is otherwise effective on November 1, 2006 for all users.

The material and content (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") accessible from this site, and any other World Wide Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by our Company is the proprietary information of our Company, or the party that provided the Content to our Company. Ultimate Resource Guides or the party that provided the Content to Ultimate Resource Guides retains all right, title, and interest in the Content. Accordingly, the Content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Ultimate Resource Guides, or unless authorized in writing elsewhere on our site, except that you may print out a copy of the Content solely for your personal use. These Terms will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, not with standing any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to arbitration by a firm or the state and federal courts located in North Carolina, in connection with any dispute between you and the Company arising out of these Terms or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Use will be in the state and federal courts in Buncombe County, North Carolina. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
